Warranty

Luxury Spas provides an industry-leading 10-2-2 comprehensive warranty which means you are purchasing a spa built for years of service. Our warranty coverage includes repair or replacement of spa components that other manufacturers simply don’t cover. We provide this leading warranty coverage by using the most durable components and equipment in the industry.

(10) Year acrylic shell warranty against water leaks from defects in materials and workmanship (repair or replacement).
(2) Year acrylic shell warranty against cracks, blisters, peeling and delamination arising from defects in materials (repair or replacement).
(2) Year warranty on all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater, and the control system (repair or replacement).
All other spa components including the cover, pillows, and LED lighting carry a 90-day warranty (repair or replacement).

Our industry leading spa pumps and heaters use smart technology to sense water conditions which saves energy while delivering reliable power and improving operational costs. Energy Efficiency

Our Spas are equipped with energy efficient multi-layer thermal insulation to lock in heat and save energy while the rigid polystyrene skirt helps seal in heat and keep moisture out protecting the spa’s internal components. We use industry leading energy efficient smart pumps for economical yet powerful performance. Our stainless-steel spa heaters quickly get the spa to temperature and will maintain the internal temperature with lower heat loss than competitor models. Our thick UV resistant insulated spa covers provide another layer of insulation to lock in heat and protect your spa from the harsh elements.

We were very pleased with delivery, not the nightmare we expected. Set up and install with hiring of friend electrician went fine. Nice basic hot tub, we picked this model as we did not want and loungers. Expectations met with overall use. Perfect for our budget and needs!
