Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has the following restrictions:

• The total amount we'll match is equal to the price submitted via our form. If you have a discount code, it cannot be used in combination to the a price match.
• After-order adjustments cannot be applied (however we will price match before the order)
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• We cannot price match items that are out of stock, even if it's listed as in stock on competitor websites or our website.
• The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer & must be in good standing related to reselling terms and conditions which includes advertising policies put forth by vendor(s). 
• The Price Match Guarantee final price will be calculated based on item price, sales tax, shipping charges
