Pulse 1033 Santa Cruz ShowerSpa - Brushed Bronze Stainless Steel

Fantastic. All sprays work perfectly. I'm on city water and tons of pressure. You can use ALL functions at the same time or any combination. Checked all connections in back before installing and they were all tight. No leaks. Use plumbers tape when connecting hoses. Family of five all want to just use this shower in the house since it's so fun. Rain setting does NOT go straight down which I'm glad of and wasn't sure of. We didn't want a rain shower directly above because you cannot escape it. Materials are quality. Only negative is the hardware screws are WAY too short. Cost me $3 to buy some longer 2" stainless steel screws which wasn't a big deal but still at this price they should include both longer and shorter screws made for it. We like that idea of being able to replace it easily of jets or valves go bad rather than embedding jets into my wall and having a nightmare to get to the plumbing to fix later down he road. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful, great functionality

I was hesitant to purchase this shower spa since we have well water and our pressure isn't normally quite as strong as most residential homes on city water. Initially, we had an issue with the temperature and pressure coming from the hot water. I emailed them and after the second email they shipped a replacement mixing valve/thermostat for me to swap out. This didn't fix the issue so I took a video of my problem and explained the situation and sent that back to Pulse Showerspas. They called me within a day or two and shipped a new unit to me with a return label to ship the old unit back. Since these units basically hang off the wall on two brackets, replacement was very easy (much easier than the process to replace the mixing valve/thermostat). Temperature and pressure are now remarkably good for being on a well. We can even run both the shower feature and the body jets at the same time - which I was skeptical would ever work for us simultaneously. I must say, I'm impressed with the product. Had customer service been more responsive initially I would have rated 5 stars. My initial complaint took two emails and the only follow-up was the replacement part showing up at my door. Once I provided a video I was impressed with their service and couldn't be happier with the new unit.

A bit larger than I expected. But overall it is wonderful in every way. It meets all our needs with 4 spay functions. No need to hesitate though I have had it only one month.

This shower head is amazing. Looks beautiful and feels great. I can run 2-3 of the heads at a time with no water pressure issues.

The first one I got was defect, few weeks later I got a new one. I love the color and the seek look to it! I'm very happy with it.

This was not in stock the company called and worked with me to pick out another showerspa it has been installed and we love it. I am thankful to the young lady who worked with me to select a different spa.
