Almost Heaven Saunas: Shipping, Cancelation & Return Policy

Shipping

Production lead times vary from season to season. Give us a call at 800-948-5213 for a current estimate for when your sauna will ship. On the day your sauna ships, you will receive an email notification which will provide the carrier and tracking number. When the shipment arrives to your region, the carrier will call you to arrange a delivery appointment. If you will be away and unable to receive delivery, we recommend making arrangements for someone to receive delivery on your behalf.

Upon Arrival:

The freight charge you pay includes delivery curbside to your home; the carrier will offload your order with a lift-gate to the curb at the end of your driveway (this excludes cabin saunas and larger barrel saunas).


Outdoor Barrel Sauna

 

  1. Examine the exterior of the shipment. The sauna will be packaged, wrapped, and banded on a single pallet and can be maneuvered with the aid of a pallet jack. The pallet can also be disassembled and each item moved individually. We recommend having at least 2 individuals available to accept delivery.

In the rare instance the carrier determines that delivery cannot be made due to isolation or other specifics of your location, you may pursue other options. 


Indoor Sauna

Option 1: A smaller delivery truck can be arranged through a third-party carrier. These arrangements can be made by Almost Heaven, but you will be responsible for any added costs if they are incurred.

Option 2: Saunas can be picked up at the local terminal. Most saunas can fit onto a pickup truck or small trailer, and the travel time to the terminal is typically between 1-2 hours.

If the customer refuses the sauna delivery without pursuing the options listed above, the customer will be held responsible for the return shipping costs and any related costs. Likewise, any re-delivery or storage fees incurred will be charged to the customer. 

 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery to your location, it is advised that you discuss them with your Almost Heaven Saunas representative at the time of order.

 

Cancelation

For sauna units that are made-to-order such as the Cascade and the Denali models, we estimate this units will be ready for shipment to your address in roughly 8-10 weeks after the order is placed. You can cancel your order up to 20 days after you have placed the order. 

Cancelation is not allowed 21 days after the order date on any units which are made-to-order. Please refer to the return policy (below) for all made-to-order units you wish to return. 

 

Return Policy

Due to the high-quality of materials, we can proudly say the return rate on our Almost Heaven saunas is extremely very low. If any parts/pieces arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged parts for free. The sauna has a lifetime warranty. Additionally, the heater has a 5 year warranty.

Regardless, if you are unhappy and wish to return your sauna, we'll provide your with a refund based on the following conditions:

  • You'll have 30 days from the date the item was delivered to  contact support@FindYourBath.com and inform us you'll be returning the unit. If you have not contacted us by day 30, you are not eligible for a return.
  • All returns need to be shipped in the original packaging and would need to be placed on a pallet in the same or similar fashion as it arrived. Please send photo to support@FindYourBath.com displaying the item on a pallet and the unit in its original packaging. If there are any damages, please make note of this and include pictures or video of the damages when reporting to support@FindYourBath.com
  • You would be responsible for covering the cost of shipping from your location to our warehouse; this cost is based on the current carrier rates. Additionally, you'd need to pay in advance a $200 restocking fee. Once the restocking fee has been paid, we'll schedule an appointment to have the unit picked up and returned. You are required to be present when the unit is picked up for return. We will not schedule an appointment for pickup until photo or video proof of the item placed on a pallet in the original packaging has been sent to support@FindYourBath.com
  • You may also be subject to a credit card reimbursement fee of 3.5% based on the purchase price.
