Pulse 1039W-BN Tropicana ShowerSpa

We chose this panel because it looks good and has features we wanted: tub spout, hand-held, rain shower-head. The 6 spa jets weren't what attracted us to the unit; nevertheless, even though we had it installed by a plumber, we can't get volume except on the two lowest jets. The middle two spit water, and the top two dribble water. So if you are looking for a unit that will give you a spa experience, it isn't this one, and they should call it a wall shower panel, NOT a shower spa. Of course, once it's installed, it's what you have--and we paid almost as much for the install as the unit cost because the plumber came back trying to get the spa jets to work better. No luck.

We love this shower panel! The body sprayers are sublime. We can actually use two functions at a time if we put the selector in between two functions. We get great water pressure, and the whole showering experience is wonderful. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spa experience in their shower. We had it installed by a professional plumber. I would not recommend it as a DIY project.

Performs great - very strong water jets. Installed by plumber in about an hour. We will order anotherone for the bathroom downstairs. Love it

Very well made. Something you will find in a 5 star hotel. I can’t see how they could make this any better. Liked it so much I brought a second one. Haven’t installed it yet but looks heavy duty. All metal and glass exterior. You all know about needing high water pressure to operate but head and Body spray but if I don’t have it I’ll install a water pressure booster pump. The bad-Ok found out the hard way. The top and bottom edge is very sharp. ( see pic) but easily solve by just taking a little bit of sandpaper. Don’t get tricked by buying the less expensive ones since a lot of them have plastic parts. One of the better items made in China. Quality control seems pretty good since both units were very well-made. Update- use every day last 8mo and still great look with no problems at all.

I expect this type of unit has poor water pressure on all models. After a year it still looks and works great.

This product is great except for the shower hose failing which is an easy replacement.

Very nice, especially the shower head. Could spend all day in the shower!
