FAQs

Can you have the showerhead, wand, and jets all flowing water on you at the same time? What are the options to mix and match sprays?

You can't have all three elements flowing water at the same time. You can have the shower head and jets flowing water at the same time, but there will be less water coming from each of the two sources than if you had only one source turned on. Ditto for the shower head and the wand. There is no way to have the jets and the wand flowing water at the same time.

Need to carefully plan for shower height

Arrived neatly packed, though taping of box suggested might have been previously returned. All parts included and wrapped well. Replacing 15 year old shower panel. Unfortunately, stub-outs are 24" above floor so, to avoid significant demo of tiled wall and re-plumbing, will settle for shower height a couple inches lower than optimal. A few learnings to share:-Not sure how anyone could use 16" supply lines which come preinstalled with unit. barely extend to bottom portion of unit; no way to attach to wall plumbing. Bought 30" replacement lines (!/2" x 1/2") at Home Depot, and "looped" them inside body of unit to give me much more slack to attach to wall plumbing. Had to do a tiny bit of creative packing to avoid kinking the hoses and fitting everything inside the unit, but pretty easy to do. Needed my wife to steady unit on some boxes I used as a platform while I attached hoses to plumbing. Not sure how manufacturer expects anyone to do this part!-take note of 1/2" sheet metal edge at bottom of back of unit AND of height of lip of bracket when measuring to locate brackets on wall. You'll need to (a) clear the stub out and (b) have enough clearance of stub out to lift unit high enough over bracket to allow unit to seat. I wound up having to move brackets down by 3/4" on my second try. Shower has excellent water pressure. Jets, hand shower and tub spout all work fine. Selector knob "clicks" and no leaking when engaged. Hoping to get as many years out of this one as my previous shower panel. I wish the shower arm would bend up to give me a bit more headroom. If you are doing a remodel and can place stub outs, make sure you put them at least 28" above shower floor.

8 months in and no issues

It has been 8 months and I've had no issues with this shower system. The shower has a solid feel to it, the way the knobs click, he weight of the individual components etc. Install instructions were detailed but I think I had to deviate a little on the height recommendations which is always a personal choice. I had called customer service and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a knowledgeable technician and they promised a follow up, which they did. That's always a good sign.
