This is an amazing shower that has great water pressure unlike many rain shower heads. When using the shower head and wand the pressure on the wand isn’t has powerful but still works well. Because the the height of the arm we did have to adjust the outlet from the rough plumbing about 6 inches lower

With one exception (see below), product is very high quality. If you like well engineered, precisely machined products, this is for you. Looking at the packaging and all the included parts, this is clearly a premium product. The two integrated valves (one on the shower body and one on the wand) smoothly operate with no leakage. The magnetic wand holder is slick. Importantly, my wife thinks the unit looks great and likes how it operates. I dinged a star becuase the unit I received had a defect in it that caused the shower arm to come out of the shower body at an angle (see picture). I contacted support which said this is a known issue and I must have been shipped an old version. They are express shipping out a new body. Luckily, replacing the shower body is simple and does not involve opening up the shower wall. Assuming that the new shower body fixes the problem I'd recommend this product and company based on my interactions with their support team. Follow up:The new shower body had the same problem. So, the support folks spoke with the factory and they were able to figure out a simple fix I could do from home. It was essentially an improper assembly issue at the factory which they are addressing. Now I have two fixed shower heads that look great.

Looks good. Functions really well. Highly recommend. No drawbacks.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a perfect shower head for me. The water outlet in my bath room is at the same height of my head. This one can elevate the sprayer by 8inches above the water outlet and thus allow for a rain fall sprayer

I love this showerhead. My husband had to buy an extra part to install it but that's because we have an older home. He says it was easy to install. I love the design. My shower plumbing is low so the extended height is perfect. The handheld wand is nice and sleek. I've had it installed for a month or two and at this time I would 100% recommend!

Very sharp style to this shower spa. Materials seemed solid enough for the price point. Flaws in design though. The connection to internal pipes was built to be adaptable to different sizes. This adaptability likely puts a connection sealed with an O-ring behind the wall. On top of that, the flange mounts from the wall side. With the flange in place I had no visibility to check for leaks where it connected to my house pipes or at the O-ring extension. Also, O-rings on top tee leaked. Called warranty number on installation sheet, and submitted an on-line request to company for service. After 6-days there was no response.

I installed this unit in my shower and within a couple of weeks it fell of the wall. A weak brass fitting cracked and the unit fell. I'm just happynobody was in the shower at the time. WARNING! The unit comes with a brass ring mounting plate that is referred to as "optional" in the instructions. It should be referred to as "mandatory ". I ordered another unit and installed the brass ring mounting plate, so far so good. I would like to return the original unit but I'm not sure how to now that my return window has closed.

Handheld broken and cannot find a way to replace it.
