Pulse was a reasonably priced option for my bathroom remodel. I love the adjustable height handheld shower head and the rain shower provides good pressure. However, within a few months, the pressure cartridge inside the divertervalve began to leak, so my bargain was not as great as I had hoped. I spent $50 on a new cartridge. Luckily, my contractor is a friend, so he didn’t charge to replace it. Idk if I’ll use the Pulse brand in the future.

Ok.. . something we didn't know and thought the handheld wand was broken. We sent it back for a replacement. The 2nd one arrived and same rattle. We called Pulse customer service and no one has called back for a week. Terrible service. We went to a plumbing store and the high end wands rattled also. I asked the owner and he said it's the ball in the wand for pulsating action when the water is running. We didn't know. Just an FYI for anyone who may wonder the same thing. We are waiting to install in the next 2 weeks. It's nice and hope it works well. We will update further.

These look great, but they all have a similar problem. And I say all, because this is the FOURTH one we try. Not sure what the issue is, but we hear a loud vibration sound from the showerheads. This particular one makes noise when the rain head is on, the previous ones made the noise with the handheld shower. CS isn't much help, the troubleshooting they suggested made no difference at all. Keeping it because I'm exhausted from installation/removing/exchanging. They need to lower the prices because the functions just don't justify the markup.

Great, heavy build. Nice and sturdy. Much less expensive than at big orange store.

Having the valve to switch from wand to rain head at waist level instead of at the top is great. My wife couldn’t reach the valve on our other style. Plus the rain head on this one is much better

I bought this item 1 year ago and it leaks terrible.

So, we went without a master bedrooom shower for over two years! It took so long because we decided it would be best to remodel the entire bathroom. We went with this rain shower combo because it was the closest we could get to go with our vintage inspired bathroom without breaking the bank. The rain shower head is ahhh-making! It is gentle for sensitive skin especially after a beach day resulting in sunburn. The handheld shower is perfect for rinsing shampoo from my super thick, coarse, curly hair. We did not have to remove the water-saving regulator in it as the water pressure was adequate enough. The hand held can slide up or down the shower bar, can swivel, and also has the ability for use with the rain shower at the same time. Our handy man had absolutely no issues installing it. He said the directions were clear and the the materials were of excellent quality. We made no mistake selecting this shower system. Love it!!!
