Packaged very professionally, Delivery company was A+, Unit went together like a Childs Lego set. If it wasn't so heavy a 12 year old could put it together. As for the glass door front panel keep in mind the second person you have helping you to move that piece better have some lead in you what ,,,if you know what I mean, Heavy to lift. Very well designed to install. Forget the instruction book. Use the Youtube install video they send you, it gives a very good visual how to put together from start to finish. As for heat, I was quite surprised how quickly it came up to temperature. We set it at 125 and it didn't take but 25 30 minutes especially with a surrounding room temperature of 66. All in all I have to say I'm impressed so far, wife hit it right away and did a good sweat. Oh by the way the bluetooth connected instantly, she put on some relaxing sounds from Youtube and hit the lavender color with the remote. AHHHHH.
How can you beat this for the money. I had a question on one of the components, made a call, person knew the answer and forwarding a piece out ASAP. Phone service has always been excellent from Sales to Support. KUDOS to this company. BTW thanks Shawn Sales.

We absolutely love our new sauna. It was actually pretty easy to put together with two people, and it heats up relatively quickly. It smells nice, bluetooth works great, love the color chromatography. It is all perfect! We use it almost daily and we have already seen so many health benefits.

We love our Sauna. It heats up just fine, the features on the lighting and Bluetooth are pretty awesome. It took my husband and a friend about 40 min to put together between un packing and assembling. It is super easy. The door is heavy! you will need help. We have used it pretty much every other day since we purchased it.

This sauna isa nice option to have at home. Good quality, easy to assemble and operate. However I don't use it as often as I'd like to because it takes an hour of heating time just to get up to 140 degrees. And then I have to sit in it for at least 25-30 minutes before I start sweating and feeling like I'm in a sauna.Disclaimer: I can handle hot temps and usually sit near the heat source at commercial gym saunas that have temps of 180-190. I live in the South and like heat. So with all that in mind, it's a great home option, but it will not be as hot as a commercial sauna.As far as the size of it, it very comfortably fits two adults with room on either side of us. However I usually sit right in the corner so i can be as close to the heat sources as possible.

Nice sauna, only issue is that it doesn’t heat up as quickly as I would like, but once it heats up (approx 30 minutes), it’s nice. Good customer service through some ordering issues due to Covid. All in all a good sauna and a good company to work with and if I ever had a need to purchase another sauna I would definitely consider going through them again.

It’s a decent sauna for the price. There was a little shipping damage but still functional. The only flaw I can find is that there is a gap/space around the door of the sauna that allows heat to escape.

I did a lot of research for a sauna like this within our budget; the company was terrific, delivery when they said it would be, probably 2 hour setup, the electrical was about the same time, we absolutely love it and would recommend it.
