I have to say I have been impressed from the day I hit the order button. Great follow up and customer service. this company's shipping process is the best. Every step was noted and documented. Shipping company called me 3 days before and then an hour before delivery. It arrived in perfect condition and the set up was easy and accompanied by online videos provided automatically. The sauna works perfect and heats up beyond what was advertised. If you can, buy one now!!

The sauna was so easy to put together. With me reading the directions my husband and two of my sons put it together in 30 minutes. It is so nice that I plan to buy my steam shower and whirlpool bathtub from Find Your Bath as we do renovation to our house. I love this sauna. Turn it on and give it 20-30 minutes to warm up then enjoy the heat.

We purchased our Sauna to use this winter. My wife's first winter that is north of Orlando. The sauna is great. It comfortably fits both of us and our 35 lb dog. Delivery was fast and easy. The front panel was damaged cosmetically (broken trim) before delivery so I contacted customer service after we opened it. Emailed pics of the damage, and within 24 hours the issue was resolved. A new front panel was shipped out and delivery #2 went well. I'd certainly recommend the spa. Clean lines, decent sound from the Bluetooth, and I dig the color light options as well.

We did a ton of research on saunas and decided to go with the San Marino. It arrived within a week and a half! My wife and I put it together in about 45 minutes and used it for the first time that night! Absolutely fantastic! There’s plenty of room for two people and it had no problem heating up to 135 degrees despite being in our garage and being winter here in Colorado. We are super psyched and excited to use it as much as we can!! Find Your Bath had top notch customer service and answered all my questions. Amazing sauna at an amazing price!!

My best friend and I enjoy using it. Works perfect. My husband set the sauna up in about an hour. Delivered quickly with great communication.

It went together very easy. We use it at least 4 times a week.
