The Tiburon 4-person indoor traditional sauna is constructed of aged Canadian hemlock wood for a durable cabin with a natural appeal. Two-tiered bench seating provides a great way to recline and enjoy the sauna in comfort. The 6.0 KW Harvia heater produces temperatures up to 170 degrees while the cask and spoon allow you to add water to the heater stones to generate steam. Standard features include a thermo-hygrometer for displaying the humidity level, ergonomic seating for comfort and convenience, a sand timer, interior lighting, and a ventilation system.

FAQs

"How is the sauna shipped? Can it fit through my bedroom doorway?"

SunRay Saunas contain wooden panels that are pre-packaged in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater.

How can I adjust the temperature on the Harvia heater?

It has a temperature setting from high to low but it’s a mechanical dial so it won’t be precise. However, it will range from 110-160 depending on the dial setting. It’s just not a digital dial that tells you how hot it is. You can use a digital thermometer inside the sauna and then adjust the dial to the low-high setting that works for them. It does have an analog hygrometer inside it as well to tell the temp and humidity.

"How long does it take to assemble the sauna?"

Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble. Two people are required. For more information on the assembly of the unit please see the assembly instructions.

"Are there any special tools required to assemble the sauna?"

No. The only tool you need to assemble the sauna is a Phillips head screwdriver or drill with a Phillips head-bit.

"What voltage does the unit run on?"

The power requirement is 240V, 30 amps.

"Can I place the sauna on the second floor?"

Yes, you can place a sauna on the second floor. Most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs in total and this weight is often divided by 2 or 3 crates.

"Can I use the sauna outdoors?"

All SunRay saunas except the outdoor models must be used indoors. They are not suitable for outdoor use and this voids the warranty. If you do not plan to use the unit indoors, view our outdoor sauna collection.

"How do I clean the sauna and how frequently?"

First, unplug the sauna and make sure it is cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior of your sauna mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe down the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. The glass in your sauna can be cleaned with glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.

The sauna should be cleaned every 6 months or at your discretion if you are using it regularly. Using a towel to sit on while in the sauna will capture a lot of the sweat and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning the sauna.

"How long does the model take to heat up?"

Infrared saunas take roughly 20 minutes to heat up. Traditional saunas are a bit longer. Learn more.

SunRay Saunas products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase. In the event of any defect in workmanship or materials covered under the terms of the warranty, SunRay Saunas will send a replacement or pay for the repair of the defective product by a licensed contractor. Sunray Saunas provides an additional 3 year structural warranty for SunRay Saunas. The structural warranty protects the structure of the sauna from peeling, fading, cracking or breaking. Structural components include the any wooden or glass panels.

Tremendous sauna! I give it 4.5/5 stars. Only issue is the sturdiness of the seating. I felt the need to add some cedar jacks to stabilize. Otherwise this is an awesome product. And Find Your Bath is the absolute place to order! I was working with another seller who did not perform. Everything these guys told me was accurate. It was delivered in 3 days.

Traditional steam sauna

Usually takes about 15 minutes to heat up and then you put water over the stones and enjoy I'm totally satisfied took a while to receive it back order and wasn't fun putting it together but enjoying it a lot use it mostly every night or morning

Our sauna addition

Winter in Indiana can get pretty cold but after warming up and using our sauna, we're confident we'll be able to use this for detoxing in the hot summertime as well. Everything went according to plan and we received the sauna about 8 days after ordering.

SunRay HL400SN

We have had our SunRay HL400SN Sauna for about 1 month. Assembly was pretty straight forwarded. I did have to contact the installation support about a few questions for my electrician otherwise it took about a day to install and assemble. I live in Ohio and it took about 4-5 business days to be delivered. My wife and I are using it 2-3 times per week.

Negative experience

Had the worse experience with this brand. Electric unit broke after about 5 uses and company acknowledged they had some issues with the heater units and promised two different times to ship us a replacement part but received nothing from them. Now I am stuck with a very pretty wood box on my deck that's useless and rental guest are no happy that I advertised it and it doesn't even work.

Sunray Tiburon sauna

We received great communication about the sauna and expected delivery. The instructions provided from the manufacturer were not very good, but after 2 hours to assemble, the sauna came together nicely. We appreciated the ability to talk to the support team for our electrician who had to install new wiring in our basement for the 220V connection. The sauna is made of natural wood and looks very nice. I am very happy with the purchase and we use it daily!
