Luxury Spas provides an industry-leading 10-2-2 comprehensive warranty which means you are purchasing a spa built for years of service. Our warranty coverage includes repair or replacement of spa components that other manufacturers simply don’t cover. We provide this leading warranty coverage by using the most durable components and equipment in the industry.

(10) Year acrylic shell warranty against water leaks from defects in materials and workmanship (repair or replacement).
(2) Year acrylic shell warranty against cracks, blisters, peeling and delamination arising from defects in materials (repair or replacement).
(2) Year warranty on all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater, and the control system (repair or replacement).
All other spa components including the cover, pillows, and LED lighting carry a 90-day warranty (repair or replacement).

The Casey 3-Person luxury home spa features 2 ultra-comfortable lounge seats and 47 total jets packing a complete hydromassage experience into a compact design. The Casey home spa is designed to provide all the features of larger luxury spas in a smaller footprint. It is 32 inches deep providing a deep soak and plenty of powerful targeted hydro-massage jets. The multi-color underwater LED lighting system adds a relaxing ambience while the 2 powerful multi-speed pumps offer ample power for the multiple jets in this rectangular home spa. The filter pump ensures the water continues to circulate periodically while the spa is not in use keeping the water clean and sanitary. Full foam insulation improves energy efficiency and reduces operating costs in colder climates.

Q: How is the hot tub delivered?

ANSWER:

Your hot tub will include industry-standard curbside delivery with a lift gate. Your new spa will arrive on a wooden pallet with straps to secure it to the pallet. The spa will be wrapped with premium spa material to resist scuffs and marks during transit. From rooftops to basements, we've seen hot tubs placed just about everywhere! Because hot tubs can be found in so many unique locations, it's the customers responsibility to organize the relocation of the hot tub within your property after delivery. The delivery company is not required and for liability reasons, likely will not assist further than curbside delivery. With that said, please plan accordingly.
💡Tip: Depending on the surface of the property you are moving the hot tub across, you can use furniture dollies or PVC pipes work well.

Q: Is shipping free?

Shipping is included with your order and ships from Virginia. We currently offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We are not shipping to Canada at this time but you can view our list of products we do ship to Canada.

Our hot tubs are built with our users in mind and are built for minimal noise output. The pump is quiet, you can have a conversation with the jets off and hardly notice it. They are built for minimal noise output.

Units with more than 1 pump can be controlled individually so you can have 1 pump off or both pumps on at the same time.

Q: Which side of the hot tub has the removable panel to access the pump?

The side panel that is directly below the keypad is where the pump is located.

ANSWER:

No. This hot tub does not operate with salt water.

Q: Is there a drain on this hot tub?

ANSWER:

Yes, there is a hose-type drain. Location may vary by model but usually in a lower corner section.

Q: What is the energy rating for tub?

ANSWER:

Our hot tubs range from 500-800kwh per month. Just depends on your energy service provider as well.

Q: Is the hot tub freeze-proof and able to handle extreme cold and outdoor environment?

ANSWER:

Hot tubs include antifreeze protection in them so that the heater will cut on automatically around 36° to keep it above 40°.

Great spa

Awesome spa. We enjoy daily use. Simplicity in operating and keeping water balanced. Relaxing.

Some good, some bad, some ugly (ala Sergio Leone)

Sz: great 4us; bit small for 6' if 3 p - 1-2p ok. Ent/Exit: better than many 1-3 p spas. Startup: nasty. Manual by functionally illiterati (ie engineer). Couldn't get started. Leaks -> Low-water sensor not functional -> ht burnt 40a wiring, holes in filter canister+ suction line til breaker tripped. Somehow plastic+flexseal = self-sealing. DO NOT bring supply into panel - use EXT pvc jbox to connect w/pre-wired cord. BAD: 4kw htr spec'd : BUT 3Kw supplied @#$! Insulation NON-EXIST (ie 1/8in).

Perfect smaller spa

We really needed a smaller size spa for the area we have. Delivery was great, set up was easy. We have really enjoyed using and getting use to how to chemically balance the water to stay clear. Very comfortable and fun!

Chinese junk

Save your money and do your research these are made in China with Chinese made spa packs that a horrid.very cheap spas.cheap construction and components.Also they have no energy ratings.It’s against the law to sell these tubs in the US don’t know how these company’s get away with this.

Great hot tub. We knew getting smaller than we wanted based on outdoor deck space we have but no regrets here. We are of retirement age and I have back issues and I have plenty of room in our tub to stretch out . Should have gotten sooner. Well built. Works pretty well.

Technical Support Was Excellent

This hot was just what we were looking for. The technical support was fantastic. Mark answered every question that we had and was always just a phone call away if we had a problem. You couldn't ask for a better tech support. This hot rub runs great at a great price. I would definitely recommend this company. Ed

For smaller people

Works good. 1 speed on/off. No bubbles but jet and bubbles. Strong massage on one chair and light massage on the double chair. One bad thing this hot tub was made for short people. I am 5’7” and I barely fit. On the lounge side I do not fit unles I sit up shoulders out of the water. The other side I must sit with shoulders out of the water to feel the jets on my legs. If you are 5’4” and shorter you might fit comfortably.
