Luxury Spas provides an industry-leading 10-2-2 comprehensive warranty which means you are purchasing a spa built for years of service. Our warranty coverage includes repair or replacement of spa components that other manufacturers simply don’t cover. We provide this leading warranty coverage by using the most durable components and equipment in the industry.

(10) Year acrylic shell warranty against water leaks from defects in materials and workmanship (repair or replacement).
(2) Year acrylic shell warranty against cracks, blisters, peeling and delamination arising from defects in materials (repair or replacement).
(2) Year warranty on all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater, and the control system (repair or replacement).
All other spa components including the cover, pillows, and LED lighting carry a 90-day warranty (repair or replacement).

The Cashmere 2 person home spa with cloud gray interior provides all the features of larger hot tubs in a space-saving comfortable design. The Cashmere has face-to-face dual lounge seating for relaxing the day away with your partner. Upper and lower back jets combined with lower leg jets provide an encompassing therapeutic massage. This well-equipped spa also has cushioned neck pillows for ultimate comfort. The multi-speed pump provides ample power for the 15 adjustable jets in high mode while low-speed mode provides filtration for improved water clarity.

Q: How is the hot tub delivered?

ANSWER:

Your hot tub will include industry-standard curbside delivery with a lift gate. Your new spa will arrive on a wooden pallet with straps to secure it to the pallet. The spa will be wrapped with premium spa material to resist scuffs and marks during transit. From rooftops to basements, we've seen hot tubs placed just about everywhere! Because hot tubs can be found in so many unique locations, it's the customers responsibility to organize the relocation of the hot tub within your property after delivery. The delivery company is not required and for liability reasons, likely will not assist further than curbside delivery. With that said, please plan accordingly.
💡Tip: Depending on the surface of the property you are moving the hot tub across, you can use furniture dollies or PVC pipes work well.

Q: Is shipping free?

Shipping is included with your order and ships from Virginia. We currently offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We are not shipping to Canada at this time but you can view our list of products we do ship to Canada.

Our hot tubs are built with our users in mind and are built for minimal noise output. The pump is quiet, you can have a conversation with the jets off and hardly notice it. They are built for minimal noise output.

Units with more than 1 pump can be controlled individually so you can have 1 pump off or both pumps on at the same time.

No. This hot tub does not operate with salt water.

Yes, there is a hose-type drain. Location may vary by model but usually in a lower corner section.

Q: What is the energy rating for tub?

ANSWER:

Our hot tubs range from 500-800kwh per month. Just depends on your energy service provider as well.

Q: Is the hot tub freeze-proof and able to handle extreme cold and outdoor environment?

ANSWER:

Hot tubs include antifreeze protection in them so that the heater will cut on automatically around 36° to keep it above 40°.

Very Pleased!

I received our new hot tub a couple weeks ago and after having it hooked up we have used it several times. We love the shape of it and it looks beautiful on our deck. My only complaint is the delivery company stood us up twice before it was delivered. You should consider a different delivery company for our area! But thank you for the great customer service. We love the new hot tub.

Great little small hot tub.

This is a small 2 person hot tub. In reality it should be a 1 person hot tub, if you put 2 5'-10" people in it it could overflow the sides, not saying it will but it could. It is built for someone 5'-9" or shorter. I'm 5'-10" and I can not really set in the side with the filter housing without my feet out of the water. The other side is doable but still a little cramped. Setting in either side at an angle so you're taking up both side is the best fit and allows the jest to hit you in better spots. It was easy to set up, the cord that comes with it is to short to be usable so I have to replace it with some standard 10 AWG SO wire. It does not come with any start up chemicals, or any real instructions on what to use. The "manual" if you can call it that is written by someone that does not speak English. On the plus side of this is they answer the phone at the local US based company and will talk you thru any issues you have. It fits well in the area I had in mind for it. I set it at 80 degrees for a "not in use" temperature and about an hour before I get in I bump it up to 100. By the time I get in it's at 96 degrees and still climbing. The high speed pump runs for 1/2 hour and it will be at 100 when the pump shuts down.

Just the right size

I have a small deck on my house but wanted a hot tub I could enjoy myself. This one fit the bill. All it needed was water and the dedicated power supply which I already had so setup was easy. The jets work great and it has cool underwater lighting for using it at night. I'm happy with the purchase so far.

Good quality for the price

The hot tub quality is very good for the price. This is not a cheap roto molded design like some models I saw online. It is a good fit for someone wanting a good quality tub but don't need a big hot tub.
