We had a few soft side tubs in the past and they don't handle chemicals to good, they start to breakdown and leaks form everywhere. SO we were a little hesitant to buy this one. I am so glad we did the picture doesn't do it any justice, the tub came in a few boxes on a skid , very easy to assemble with 2 people ( can be done with one) once assemble the hot tub looks very nice and pricey. We assembled it on our deck under a gazebo. And used it all year long including winter months, during winter months your hydro bill will show a difference since the heat pump will run alot to keep temperature. However it held up very well. I love that it has an app and will tell you the filter needs changed or you can run all the jets from app. The colour changing lights sets the mood , the liner has held up very well its a very thick vynl and has held up from the chemicals needed to keep the tub clean and sanitized. The seller is awesome as well, he will call you to double check that you received the hot tub and call you again to make sure everything is working as it should. I highly recommend this hot tub , you won't be disappointed . I will upload photos on a later date.

The hot tub only lasted 10 months. The heater broke and it’s leaking water due to a cracked hose.

I purchased this item for a house I flipped.
Not wanting to put something permanent nor bulky this was the perfect solution.
They will be able to take apart and move easily if need be.
The led screen its a nice feature along with the led lighting.
Looks really cool at night and during the day!

Really an amazing hot tub. We just moved into a new rental house and we were looking for a hot tub that was under $5000. These days, that is pretty hard to find. We looked at the rotomold types of tubs, but didn't really love the look of them and we wanted to be able to move it easily if we needed to. Well, there is a ton of junk out there that is inflatable made by bestway and coleman, but that stuff looks cheap and crappy, so moving on there. Then, I found this guy. It really has the best of both worlds. From the exterior, it looks like a high end, permanent hot tub, but it only took a few hours to assemble. Then, you just plug it in and you are ready to roll. Comes with anti-icing technology, jets, all types of stuff. Was really impressed with the build quality and can't wait to enjoy it for many winters!
