Luxury Spas provides an industry-leading 10-2-2 comprehensive warranty which means you are purchasing a spa built for years of service. Our warranty coverage includes repair or replacement of spa components that other manufacturers simply don’t cover. We provide this leading warranty coverage by using the most durable components and equipment in the industry.

(10) Year acrylic shell warranty against water leaks from defects in materials and workmanship (repair or replacement).
(2) Year acrylic shell warranty against cracks, blisters, peeling and delamination arising from defects in materials (repair or replacement).
(2) Year warranty on all major spa components – specifically, the pumps, the heater, and the control system (repair or replacement).
All other spa components including the cover, pillows, and LED lighting carry a 90-day warranty (repair or replacement).

Our premium wireless Bluetooth technology (select units) lets you control the music in your spa through any smart device. Our industry leading spa pumps and heaters use smart technology to sense water conditions which saves energy while delivering reliable power and improving operational costs. This results in a longer equipment life and reduced power consumption.

Energy Efficiency

Our Spas are equipped with energy efficient multi-layer thermal insulation to lock in heat and save energy while the rigid polystyrene skirt helps seal in heat and keep moisture out protecting the spa’s internal components. We use industry leading energy efficient smart pumps for economical yet powerful performance. Our stainless-steel spa heaters quickly get the spa to temperature and will maintain the internal temperature with lower heat loss than competitor models. Our thick UV resistant insulated spa covers provide another layer of insulation to lock in heat and protect your spa from the harsh elements.

Great tub

Had to wait two weeks for Home Depot to find a delivery driver but the unit arrived in good shape. Once we filled it with water it took about 6 hours to heat to temperature. Since then, its worked perfectly. The adjustable jets and mood lighting make it more that worth the wait.

Comfortable and Relaxing

After waiting a couple weeks the hot tub finally arrived. It was packaged well and was easy to get set up. We like the hot tub overall and would recommend it highly. It's got plenty of jets that cover most of the body except the back of my legs. Overall it works well and the interior is beautiful and well constructed.

Love the configuration of seating. Very satisfied with my purchase as it was a retirement gift to myself. Easy to maintain, heats up quick, consistently.

Nice spa for the money

I looked at a lot of spas both locally and online before ordering this one. Was skeptical ordering a purchase like this online without seeing it but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. It has good jets that are well positioned for my back which is what I mainly needed it for. The water gets up to temperature quickly and the keypad is easy to use. I think its a good value.
