This is our first ever above ground spa (previously had an in ground pool/spa), so i dont know how it compares to something else. But, i love it! I have neck and back issues, which is why i *needed* a spa, and the jets hit my neck and shoulders wonderfully! I feel like its good pressure, perhaps too hard for some but the high powered jets are adjustable to turn up or down. The bluetooth stereo works great and connected immediately. There is a choice of several colors in the LED lamp, which is nice ambience. The waterfall feature can be turned up or down and is soothing. The water coloumn feature, we disabled it because it was like a vegas water show (see pics). We disabled it before we understood how to use the knobs, im sure it could be turned on and turned way down. I absolutely do recommend this spa for someone who needs something affordable and enjoyable. Again, i cant compare it to a different above ground spa, but its everything i wanted and feels comparable to the expensive brands we looked at in person. I know its risky buying a spa unseen, but for the low price, i think its as good as can be! Now, heres some things that could be seen as negative… 1) the user manual isnt very thorough, and theres virtually no info on the web regarding this spa. My husband is an electrician so did the wiring and hook up himself, and had no diagrams to go off, he said that was tough. Im sharing some pictures of the “insides” which will hopefully be a help to someone. 2) the dual loungers are great, but when two of us are in, it is a little bit tight so a game of footsie occurs. Im 5’6”, hubby is 6’2”. I cant imagine more than 3 adults could be comfortable in this spa at once, it would be quite intimate. Though, water level hits perfectly to be fully immersed or shoulders out comfortably when a cooling break is needed. 3) the two pumps are nice, but some can only be used while others are on or off. That means that if a person in the lounger doesnt want jets on, the person in a seat cant have jets on either. Likewise, in one of the loungers, the neck and back jets cant be on at the same time, thats frustrating. (That could be and robabpy is connected to the water feature we disabled though) 4) the outer cabinet came scratched and dented pretty significantly, a large break to the outer shell on yhe inside, and the cover came with a large gouge. Im sure those happened by the delivery company. Otherwise, the delivery itself was great and despite being “curbside”, the friendly guy wheeled it all the way in the backyard for us; and took record and receipt to confirm the damages. I called customer service at customer support, and theyd be happy to send someone out to pick up and return the spa, which we didnt want to do, so we made some repairs ourself, not a huge deal. Also, the panels are very difficult to remove and reinstall, hopefully we wont have to do that often! Overall, we love the spa and have used it everday since weve had it which is why it gets 5 stars from us. The included steps and cover are very nice (despite the gouge in the cover) Also, the controls are very simple, maybe too simple, seems pretty low tech, but simple is certainly better than complicated! Oh no, i took tons of pics for you but turns out i can only add one photo, so im going to try to be most useful and add a picture of the insides since it doesnt exist elsewhere on the web. The spa is exactly as pictured. When filled with water, the white acrylic shows the water very blue, which is lovely. The white has very sparse and light grey marble, overall i would call ot white, not marble. The shell is a very dark grey, as is the cover and the steps. Its very attractive. Spa took less than an hour to fill and only a few hours to heat to 104° which was very surprising because it was 35° outside!
